COMMUNITY SUPPORT

We believe at Universal Electro Tech that we have a responsibility to support the community, which extends beyond our contractual electrical work with our clients in Australia. At Universal Electro Tech, we carry out pro bono electrical work and charitable financial aid in support of homelessness, disability, youth, suicide prevention and anything really, we feel is a worthy cause. Universal Electro Tech want to be part of making a positive impact both internally within our working environment and externally in our community.

HOUSE CHARITIES

Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia are an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing vital programs for families with seriously ill children.  Donna Gibson from Oxtek Concrete Solutions participated in the ‘Up all Night’ to raise much needed funds for sick kids and families. By getting involved, in UP all Night, it was an opportunity to show that you care about the families at Ronald McDonald House, but that you also understand a little bit of what they’re up all night going through. Fortuna Foundation is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Non-for-Profit Commission (ACNC) and is accorded the DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status by Australian Taxation Office.  Fortuna Foundation undertake projects to support public welfare, providing a life line of hope to a stranger on the street. These projects are aimed to create long term value propositions for people in need and can be done in collaboration with other organisations to alleviate poverty among children, the aged, veterans, disabled and the homeless. The Positive Spin project aims to cover the gap that currently exists in seventeen suburbs in Perth and surrounding areas, to provide free mobile laundry services to the homeless and disadvantaged.  Universal Electro Tech were proud to be a Corporate Gold Sponsor in August 2019.
